Stephen successfully competed a HND in Health and Exercise Sport Science at Neath Port Talbot College, graduating at University Glamorgan, Pontypridd. 

He has also successfully completed both Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy at Afan College, and presently working towards his Level 5 Sports Therapy with Core Elements, Swindon whilst in full time employment.

Stephen has a wealth of experience; coaching and working with both local and international teams, from Swansea City Football Academy, Llanelli FC, Neath Rugby, Wyveryn Harlequins (Elite International 7s team), Birchgrove RFC as well as gained experience recently at Physio Tullamore, Ireland. 

 Despite a keen interest in Rugby, Stephen has a breadth of experience in treating athletes from a range of Sports including boxing and bodybuilding. However treatment is tailored to everyone, and not just athletes. Stephens’s hobbies include spending time with the family, rugby and helping manage charity events. He has a passion for rehabilitation and helping people.
